Both the Client and ourselves and our associates have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Due to the nature of digital service we are providing, Within 24 hours from the purchase of any paid-for service provided by us, Client retains a right to claim a refund for that payment. Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days. As soon as the refund request is received all paid-for services related to that request are canceled. After the 24 hours from the purchase is over, refund requests will not be processed. Beyond that date, the Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Previously made recurring charges are subject to a refund on our sole discretion. In all cases, means to process and deliver a refund are decided on OfficialTVPass sole discretion. Opening a dispute with your payment processor (bank or otherwise) over an order with OfficialTVPass without our prior written consent immediately voids any and all service agreements between you and us. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Your Six Nations membership will continue until terminated. To use the Six Nations service you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method. If your card has been charged due to auto-billing then you are not entitled to a refund.
